Mnr. J.C. Power (Clerk of Deed Registry and Accountant in my department) dated London 3rd November 1853, to the address of the Right Honorable The Duke of Newesitle ve praying for an exchange of appointment in Consequence of distressing family Affairs and his ill health, have the hover to report for the information of His beellency the Governor that Mr. Power was admitted into my Department on the set Rebben 1.2.1845.
